Dear all,
With pleasure we can inform you about the tournaments that we organise in August in Ghent (Padel4U2):
1. “(Open) Flemish Championships”: open for all padel players (Belgian or others). 5 categories: double men, double women, double mixed, single men and single women (participation in different categories is possible). Tournament starts on Wednesday 8th of August and ends on Sunday 12th of August. Participation fee is 10 € /category and 12 € contribution to Padel Vlaanderen vzw (including insurance,…). Members of Padel 4U2 Ghent only pay 10 €/category because the contribution to Padel Vlaanderen vzw is included in their membership fee. Inscriptions can be made by mail to: info@padelvlaanderen.be with the following details: “Open Flemish Championship” + name, surname, address, date of birth, (mobile) phone, email, category(-ies) + same information for partner in categories double men, women or mixed. Inscriptions until 5th of August.
2. “Flanders Padel Trophy”: international tournament, open for all padel players (Belgian or others) having a good/high level of competition. Only 1 category: double men. Players from other countries who come to Ghent and stay for the weekend will directly be placed in 1/8 finals (depending upon the number of registrations); all others will play 1/16 finals (starting on Friday 10th of August). No inscription fee (tournament gets support by the Flemish Government). Inscriptions until 5th of August by mail to: info@padelvlaanderen.be with the following details: “Flanders Padel Trophy” + name, surname, address, (mobile) phone, email, date of birth + same information for partner.
Please, feel free to spread this information and hopefully we can meet in August in Ghent!
